This week we welcome Hugo Pelcastre to the CBFC Artist Spotlight!
Q. Where are you from?
A. I’m from México city.
Q. How long you’ve been drawing?
A. I have around 4 years doing it as a profession.
Q. What materials do prefer to do your art with?
A. Pencils, Markers and watercolors.
Q. Character you love to draw?
A. Batman Who Laughs and Green Goblin.
Q. Character that you want to draw that you haven’t drawn yet?
A. Apocalypse.
Q. What artist inspires you the most and why?
A. Ariel Olivetti, because of the way he uses acrylic paints, I think he is a genius from the line, when applying the color and the result he gives is always beautiful.
Q. What was your first published work?
A. Dragon Ball, art pages (August 2018).
Q. Which artist would you love to do a collaboration piece with?
A. Todd Nauck.
